I could not keep this to myself! I went to 2 other transmission shops in the area and both were going to charge $500+ more than the guys at Precision Auto. Plus the customer serviced provided by Precision Auto was like nothing I've received before! I have had my car worked on by other places in the past and have never received such good information and kindness. It may sound silly, but I left feeling like I didn't get taken! Sometimes as a woman it can be hard to find trustworthy auto service. But now my Taurus drives better than before the transmission ever went out! If you are ever in need of transmission repair these are your guys! They are also a Napa Auto Care Center and can do almost any other service as well! Oil changes, brakes, you name it.
